By accessing or using the Concept Builders platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Concept Builders provides an end-to-end architectural design and construction platform. This includes tools for discovering and purchasing house plans, design customization, client management, cost tracking, and analytics dashboards.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

All designs, content, software, and other materials available on the Platform are the exclusive property of Concept Builders and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, adapt, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

Certain services on the Platform require payment of fees. All applicable fees are set forth in our pricing schedule. We use a secure third-party payment processor for all transactions. Our refund policy is available on the Platform and is incorporated into these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Concept Builders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Concept Builders is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in that jurisdiction.
